Our pizzas are 10″-11″ large, thin crust and individual servings – just like the pizzerias in Italy. We cook them in our showcase wood burning oven at 600+ degrees for about 3 minutes. It’s the flavor of the wood and of the superb ingredients – the freshest and most authentic we can find – that make the difference.
